KE's founder, Melissa Lorton, developed KE to create low carb, medium protein, high fat keto diet foods – for herself and anyone who agrees that food should be real, delicious, and from the heart.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to eat the best keto foods in your everyday life, when you’re short on time, need a snack, traveling, vacationing, or  want to treat yourself to something special.

We also believe that using quality, ethically sourced organic ingredients and avoiding cheap fillers leads to delicious flavors that don’t need to be masked with sweeteners like stevia, monk fruit, and dragon fruit. We strive to attain keto macros – 70-80% fat macros, 20-25% protein macros, and 6% or less net carb macros.

You’ve got enough to think about in your health journey. Our keto pizza crust mix, keto bars, and keto granolas contain 2 to 3 g net carbs per 40 g serving (6% net carb macros or less) and also balance fat macros and protein macros to remove the guesswork.
